If you drink smoothies often, would you mind sharing your favorite recipes.

@Mindy D First let me say I am away from and do not have the recipe with me. That being said I will try to remember.
3/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup cranberries (not dried fruit)
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. hemp seeds
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
I believe that's it. Very refreshing.
Good luck with other recipes!

Low-fat milk
Fat free Greek yogurt
Frozen fruit
I usually use plain yogurt, but my recent favorite has been coconut yogurt with Walmart’s fruit blend of peaches, strawberries, pineapple and mango.
By the way @Mindy D , a poster on the ProBoard was asking about you. Have you made your way over?

I don't really drink smoothies anymore but I recently happened upon this recipe and it sounds like something I might try sometime.
Low Carb Smoothie
1/4 cup blueberries (mixed berries is good too)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 of a small avocado
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Powdered monk fruit OR powdered erythritol
Blend until smooth

@Mindy D I don't follow a recipe but my morning smoothie is usually: oat milk or almond milk, frozen banana, handful of any berries I have on hand, chia seeds, flaxseeds and sometimes vanilla protein powder.

@simplyfriends @How do you freeze your banana and how long do you need to freeze it for?

@Mindy D I usually always have bananas on hand and when they get ripe I put them in a ziplock baggie and throw them in the freezer. I have a drawer in my freezer with smoothie stuff. I love mango peaches apple pineapple blueberries strawberries etc that I keep there for a quick smoothie. They are so delicious and fill you up.
