Velveeta! It's good in tuna casserole. Also this might sound weird, but how about corn? Corn and seafood go well together. Also use season salt.

Crumble up cheesy potato chips on top. These suggestions might sound weird but this is how I make it and everyone loves it!

I crumble Sour Cream and Onion on top of mine.  Cheesy sounds good too!   Also I do Bob Wardens recipe from his first Pressure Cooker

Cookbook   Easy Peasy

Also used with Canned Chicken instead of Tuna    DeLish!

What kind of flavors does he like?  You must have something in your kitchen to add.

I like the bouillon base in a jar, I would add some of the chicken base to it.

We always have sour cream, I would add sour cream.

I like Worcestershire sauce, I would add a couple of shakes of it.

A little sharp cheddar is good

Also you can top it with those fried onion rings in a can

If he likes the classic green bean casserole, make it with tuna.   Use fewer green beans or none at all

I probably would not add all of the above at one time.

But you know his palate.

Most recipes end with "season to taste"

I use Better than Boullion in mine too.
