Need suggestions for easy meal that reheats well

Two of my best friends just had babies last week and I'd like to make and drop off some meals that they can easily reheat for themselves and their husbands. I'm not the best cook in the world and I don't have a lot of time to cook (with a one-year-old of my own!), but I do enjoy cooking.

Any suggestions for an easy meal or two I can make for my friends that reheats well?
