i like serving my short ribs with mashed potatoes, a green vegetable or salad, and homemade garlic bread.

@Grammyto3  - Like some others have said, I do mine in the pressure cooker. So easy - put the ribs in, pour a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce on top and set the timer. I don't use anything else!

Oh my gosh, yes!

I always braise short ribs in my sauce!  Never make a pot w/o short ribs.  Gives my sauce the real meaty flavor.

The meat is then served along side the meatballs, sausage, pork etc.

It is how my family always made their sauce.

It is written for the pressure cooker, but I am sure you can just adapt your cooking times to accomodate the oven or slow cooker.

We grill them to medium dun on the grill.  It's a favorite!
