I cook my sausage patties in my George Forman, cooks both sides and the grease drips away.

Egg roll in a bowl! So good

 

1lb sausage

1 bag of coleslaw mix

1 garlic clove

1 t ginger or freshly grated 

2 T soy sauce

2 T sesame oil

1 can of chopped water chestnuts

2-3 chopped scallions. 

I cook brown rice and serve it with it.
