Need easy topping for fruit (like a crumble or such)

I have rhubarb that I steamed down last summer, now thawed, and I want to make a rhubarb crumble or such, with a topping that's easy. I have oats here and butter, most of the essentials, but I just can't seem to find a topping recipe. Anybody?
