The only type of yeast I was able to find was fresh yeast purchased from a bakery that sold it in bulk. I purchased a quarter pound. I am pretty much clueless of how to measure it to equate a package dry yeast or the 2 oz package of cake yeast.
The recipe I am planning on making calls for 1 large package of cake yeast.
If there is a conversion table someone could guide me to I would be very appreciative.

This is a picture from the King Arthur site. It is a spoon for measuring yeast and it says 2 1/4 tsp. which would equal one package of yeast.
