Need Veg Quiche Recipe with ready made crust ?

I am looking for a vegetarian quiche recipe made with ready made crust. No ham, bacon or meats. Just cheese and vegetables please. Also, how do I make with ready made crust ? Cover crust then pour mixture in ? Thank you !
