Need No-Fuss menu for Easter

We're having our adult kids and grandkids over for Easter (approx. 12 people) and I'm wanting to do something easy. I host all the holiday dinners and don't get much participation from others so I'm not feeling overly enthusiastic about it this time. I guess because we downsized into a new townhouse in February and I don't feel totally organized. Anyway, I'll quit whining and look forward to any suggestions you have. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin} Thanks in advance.
