Need Beef Stroganoff or Beef Tips Recipes

I was lucky enough to purchase about 10 lbs. of alread cooked pieces and ends of prime rib, at only $1.99 per pound!!! (Yeppers a really big deal for me!)

Looking for recipes to be able to enjoy this, without cooking it to death!!!

Any help greatly appreciated...at least it is in the freezer for now for safe keeping!
