I love Cooks dot com and Recipies dot com.  I got a lot of good things for my Foods and Adv Foods classes there.  I've gotten a wonderful Greel salad dressing there as well.  These two never fail me.

Other than that, I use the cookbook I put together.

@RespectLife  How in the world did you know I defrosted chicken thighs for tonight's dinner?  Made the Salsa Chicken recipe and it was delicious.  Thank you.  I agree with you and many others the recipes and instructions that came with the IP were the worst.  If I didn't have some experience with using a regular pressure cooker, I would have returned my IP.

@dex  Thanks for those 2 suggestions.  Checked them both out and had to tell you what I found checking out the second one.  Didn't really know what the web site was so I just searched potheads dot com.  OMG, it didn't have any IP recipes.  Use your imagination and you'll know what the site was about!!!  I made sure to tell my husband what I found in case "strange" email was directed to me.  Too funny.

Meredith is my favorite and I sure do miss the Blue Jean Chef on Q.

I never had a PC before my IP.  I would have been lost were it not for the helpful suggestions and links found here.
