I have not made these yet ... but will find some excuse to make them soon. Simple ingredients I already have in my pantry, no baking, quick to make and boom!

1 cup chocolate chips (I used dark)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Sea salt to sprinkle

@kate2357 can’t get any easier than this. I wish I had graham crackers in my pantry right now. Darn. I’ll be trying this soon.

My mother used to make this slightly richer version of these bars for bake sales:
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
10 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
Filling:
1 cup peanut butter
4 tbsp softened butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Topping:
4 oz semisweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp heavy cream
Stir crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in 9X9" cake pan until evenly moist. Press into bottom of pan.
Mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt in bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Spread over crumb crust and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat chocolate chips and cream in glass bowl in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread on top of filling. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

@kate2357 I LOVE ANY THING MADE WITH PEANUT BUTTER. The problem with me is that I probably won't wait for it to be "done" because I will be stacking on the "batter".
