Best little treat

Trader Joe's Chocolate Hold the Cone! Mini Ice Cream Cones | BecomeBetty.com

I agree! Those little cones are so delicious. I love that you can have just one or go for the full serving of three depending on how you feel.

My favorite are the peppermint ones at Christmastime. I've heard they have pumpkin in the fall but haven't tried those. The ones I got the other day are chocolate chip ice cream and have a chocolate cone. There's not a bad flavor in the bunch.

I also love that little extra bit of chocolate they put in the bottom of the cone. So delicious.

These mini minty ice cream sandwiches are good too. About 80 calories each like the cones.

Cauliflower Thins

66015-cauliflower-thins.jpg

As the years go on, we find ourselves returning to the same burning question, over and over: Truly, is there anything that cauliflower can’t do? From pizza crusts, to rice, to dense, doughy pastas, this brilliant brassica boldly goes into territories normally dominated by carbs and bread, where veggies normally fear to tread.

We recently found ourselves asking this question once again with the discovery of Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Thins, an ingenious bread substitute made from sheets of shredded cauliflower baked together with egg, Parmesan cheese, and nutritional yeast. Take it from us: once you make a sandwich with cauliflower, you’ll find yourself wondering if cauliflower’s wonders ever cease, too.

Perfectly sized for a number of uses — including as a vehicle for avocado toast, a tortilla or pita, or even as a kind of savory, cheesy pancake, if you’re so inclined — these Cauliflower Thins provide all the structure and texture of flatbread with a fraction of the carbs (only three grams of carbs per serving of two Thins, to be precise!). And since each Thin is made with Parmesan and nutritional yeast baked right in, every bite is filled with a nice, savory cheesy flavor that complements deli meats, condiments, and sauces wonderfully.

At Trader Joe’s, if there’s one thing caulfilower won’t do, it’s cost you an arm and a leg: each 4.5-ounce package of Cauliflower Thins (each package containing four Thins) sells for $3.99, every day. Look for them in our refrigerators, with our deli products.

I am a watermelon fanatic but I don't want anything watermelon flavored, scented, jarred, sugared, or processed.  None of it is good to me.

53250-key-lime-pie-web-3 (1).jpg

Trader Joe’s Key Lime Pie is back for another warm-weather season. If you’ve missed it in the past, now’s your time to get to know our iteration of the classic – a tart, sweet, refreshing pastry that originated in Key West, Florida way back in the 1850’s. (There is more than one origin story, but most are generally in agreement about era and place.)

As tradition dictates, ours is made with sweetened condensed milk and true Key lime juice, which is pale yellow in color. Some pies bearing the Key Lime moniker are bright green – we can assure you that this is not a natural occurrence, but rather the result of the inclusion of synthetic color. The filling of our Key Lime Pie is pale yellow, just as a key lime’s hue dictates it should be. That tart, tangy filling is nestled in a graham cracker crust – also traditional – and arrives unadorned, awaiting your meringue or whipped cream. There is intense debate over which of these two toppings adhere most closely to custom, and we just couldn’t take sides on this one. At Trader Joe’s, Key Lime Pie is for everyone, and we’ve chosen to leave this intensely personal choice up to you.

We are, of course, all in favor of the Trader Joe’s tradition of offering terrific everyday values, so we’re selling each 17-ounce Key Lime Pie for $5.49. You’ll find it in our freezers, during these summer (and summer-adjacent) months, for as long as we can keep it in stock.

Hatch Chile Cheddar Seasoned Popcorn

To make sure we got the Hatch chile seasoning just right, our supplier uses real Hatch chiles from New Mexico’s Hatch Valley — quite a feat, considering the limited crop every year.

Organic Acerola Puree

orange smoothie made with Trader Joe's Organic Acerola Puree Packets next to product packaging

Acerola is the cherry-like fruit of an evergreen shrub that grows mostly in the warmer parts of South America. Though bite-sized, round, and red, these are not conventional cherries. In fact, they are not cherries at all. Acerola is a unique fruit, especially prized for its high vitamin C content.

The Brazilian supplier of our Acerola Puree Packets harvests ripe,

Organic Acerola then purees the fruit and strains out the seeds. They add nothing to the fruit. The result is a smooth, very tangy pulp that will add serious zip to your smoothies and juices. Not only that, it will add serious vitamin C to your diet. Each of our 3.5-ounce packets of frozen

Unsweetened Organic Acerola Puree delivers a whopping 1180% of the daily recommended value of vitamin C! We’re selling a 14-ounce package (containing four conveniently portioned packets) of Trader Joe’s Unsweetened Organic Acerola Puree for just $3.49. Find it in our freezers.

Absolutely Acerola Juice Shot

mixed drinks with TJ's Absolutely Acerola Juice shot next to product in packaging

On a visit to a potential new juice supplier in the Dominican Republic, we saw a bowl of a gorgeous, cherry-like fruit sitting on our meeting table. It was explained that these were acerola cherries native to the DR and that just one of them contains over 100% of our daily recommended value of vitamin C. Immediately, we knew this had to become our next Juice Shot!

Each Trader Joe’s Absolutely Acerola Juice Shot contains the cold-pressed juice of 12 acerola cherries. That’s it! And just a single, two fluid-ounce serving (one bottle) contains 1010% of your daily recommend amount of vitamin C. (Just to be clear, we did not accidentally add an extra zero. It really is over 1000%!)

What’s more, you can trust you’re tasting the true, tart & fruity juice of the acerola since our supplier uses an HPP (High Pressure Process) to help maintain the safety of the juice and the quality of the flavor. Shoot it straight, or add it to smoothies or mixed drinks for a blast of bright, tart flavor. Find Absolutely Acerola Juice Shots in our refrigerators

Strawberry Non-Dairy Oat Frozen Dessert

Scoops of TJ's Strawberry Non-Dairy Oat Frozen Dessert in sundae glasses topped with sliced strawberries and crushed cookies

It might seem tempting to call our new Strawberry Oat Frozen Dessert “ice cream.” After all, it is cold, “creamy,” and delicious. But the fact is… it doesn’t contain any milk or cream! This Frozen Dessert has “oat milk” as its base, which is simply crushed oats and water. The base is bolstered by tapioca syrup and coconut oil, and we’ve kept things vegan by using agave syrup as the sweetener.

In every pretty, pink pint, you’ll find fruity, candied strawberries and the surprise crunch of almond brittle, which provides a cool contrast to the smooth, frozen base. And that pretty pink color? It’s derived from beet juice and annatto—and the strawberries, of course! The finished product is a pint of pure joy, with all the fruity, creamy flavor of strawberry ice cream—delivered in a vegan frozen dessert. We’re selling each one-pint container of Trader Joe’s Strawberry Non-Dairy Oat Frozen Dessert for $3.99. Find it in our freezers, every day!

How Bazaar, How Bazaar...

Plate of Trader Joe's Bazaar Basket Snack Mix next to product packaging, atop a blue floral tablecloth

If it’s true that food has the power to transform and transport, the newest addition to our snack section will have you saying, “Take me away, trail mix!” Trader Joe’s Bazaar Basket Snack Mix is inspired by the sweet, savory, and tangy flavors of the nuts & dried fruit offerings found in Middle Eastern markets. A bountiful blend of almonds, sweet apricots, salty chickpeas, sour cherries & pistachios, this kosher Snack Mix also offers 5g of protein per quarter-cup serving. It’s delightful on its own, straight out of the “Basket” (a.k.a. resealable pouch), but here’s a serving suggestion: sprinkle a handful of this Mix over Greek yogurt and top with a drizzle of honey, then drift into a daydream of future worldly adventures...

We’re offering each 12-ounce pouch of Trader Joe’s Bazaar Basket Snack Mix for the transformative price of $5.99, every day. You’ll find them on the shelves near our nuts & dried fruit.
