The original ingredients sounded like the weight loss soup where you can eat all you want, but my recipe for that called for green beans and tomatoes, which made it a more substantial, filling soup.

I have heard the San Marzano tomatoes recommended on several food network shows....haven’t seen them but haven’t looked for them either. Will give them a try in next week’s soup.

Doesn’t sound like there is anything in your soup that is sweet other than the carrots...try adding less of them
