I bought a 4 piece waffle maker with removable plates, and a baby waffle maker  also with removable plates which makes 1 waffle at a time.

Also bought the will it waffle cookbook with a great lower price.

Has so many recipes but I really love home made waffles anytime.

For lunch today I  have leftover home made matzo meal from last night which I used to make matzo balls in some of my homemade chicken soup  which I always season  my matzo meal with fresh chopped parsley, dill, mint leaves, S&P, paprika, and fried bacon bits with onions.

I will make matzo waffles with the leftover matzo meal and it should be very satisfying.    

It is a great way to use up leftovers, and will taste great with or without syrup or gravy.

I couldn't tell you the last time I had a waffle. Not a favorite food of mine.
