To any of you reading this and I think it was Jets Mom who added 3 cups of water...way too much. It called for ONE CUP OF WATER. That is why whoever posted had to add more rice. This casserole comes out somewhat "gooey" like. I hate to say on the dry side but then again more so than very wet.
Texture I have always gotten with this recipe, is somewhat like chicken or turkey stuffing casserole with the meat in it. Stuffing meaning "bread". But this recipe calls for rice and pieces of assorted chicken parts. Hope this helps some of you and whoever did make I hope you enjoyed.
P.S. I switch out "cream of soups" all the time if not interested in certain tastes. Someone mentioned they did not like cream of celery; feel free to change your cream soups. Hope you all enjoy!!!!
