I made this soup for lunch and it was easy and delicous! Would go great with a grilled cheese sandwich or like me, just have two big mugs full and call it lunch!
BEEFY TOMATO MACARONI SOUP
Instructions
*Note: The cream cheese will look lumpy almost curdled when it first goes in...keep whisking..be patient... it will blend completely and you will see no white specks left.

I also use whipped cream cheese for recipes, much easier to "melt." And this brings up the question, what is the difference between chicken broth and chicken stock? I've been using these little tub thingys from Knorr, but don't know which it is.

That sounds de-lish, @ciao_bella! Am I correct that the pasta goes in dry?

I always thought broth is meat while stock is meat + bones (marrow from bones make it gelatinous)
but now the trend is bone broth - go figure

Yes, pasta goes in dry... If you want a very brothy soup, you can cook the pasta separately and add it to each bowl but I think this is just the right amount of pasta added to the soup.

I personally think stock is more flavorful than broth.
