Mr. Foods " cooking for two"

What a smart cookbook.  I live alone and hate leftovers, so this book is ideal for me.  I can eat one and have the other one for the next day.  What is really great is the fact the foods used in the recipes are those that most everyone likes, and can pronounce.

I just got it, too.  Looks good.  Haven't tried recipes, but like ideas it gives which enable me to make smaller deserts, etc.

Have you made anything yet?

I was curious about this book but would like to know if the recipes are relatively healthy.  I do not want recipes with soups from cans added, lots of butter and cheeses.  Are these on the healthy side?

@lovesallanimals

Maybe a can of soup to add to a casserole or cereal to use a breading, but basically from scratch.
