A kind neighbor just gave me a bag of mild banana peppers from her garden. I appreciate it......but I have no clue what to do with these things! I've eaten them pickled from jars, but have never dealt with fresh ones. How can I easily pickle them -- or can I just marinate slices in vinegar, oil, and seasonings and eat them fresh as a relish? What other ways can I use them?
