Mexi Mac

 

1 pound ground sausage....OR GROUND BEEF

1/2 onion...chopped

1 cup green pepper...chopped

1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni

1 ( 16 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 cup sour cream

1 cup milk

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

 

Brown sausage (OR GROUND BEEF), onion and green pepper. Add macaroni, tomatoes, sour cream, milk, sugar, chili powder and salt. Cover, and simmer for 25 minutes or til macaroni is tender. 

 

****You can use either ground sausage OR ground beef.****   DO NOT DRAIN the tomatoes.**
