Medium Portabella Mushroom Caps ~ any favorite recipes?

Hi All,

We have a Wegmans that just opened here in Columbia MD. It is huge with lots of different of fruits and veggies. On impuse I bought 6 medium portabella mushroom caps to try something different.

Does anyone one have any favorite recipes they would like to share or any hints on cooking the mushroom caps?

Any help would be appreciated.
