Sorry HoneyBrown. It seems like people in my life take a simple statement like, "Google him." (refering to our new boss) and turns it into something that is worthy of consulting the legal deptarment, especially since it was texted to people that I work with and consider friends and done so outside of work, but not to worry, I won't make the mistake again of trusting people nor trying to provide them with insight.

As you tried to provide a nice recipe that meatless people would eat, not that you stated vegan or even vegetarian, just that it was meatless and got slammed for doing so. Oh well.....opinions are like bum holes, everyone has them and they all think theirs is award worthy! I hate people that read one thing and process it incorrectly!

Your coworkers actually got Legal involved? That's low.

Maybe they should all (your coworkers and my slammers) eat a steak and

get

over

it

PERIOD

Thanks. You think you are having a conversation in confidence among friends, but no...your text ends up being forwarded onto people right up the ladder to corporate and onto the legal department to see if they could fire me for exerting my first amendment right to say, "google him". Apparently I mucked things up in thinking that I could be friends with the people I work with, including my direct boss, but I must have lost what was left of my peon mind. As for conversations outside of work, unless it occurs between the hours of 0730 and 1530 at work, I will not be having any contact with anyone even if it is a matter of life and death. I'm done with moody people that apparently don't know what an dictionary is let alone what friendship is. Turns out that I've been looking my words up in the wrong dictionary all the while they've been hearing/reading in a completely different language. I can see clearly now, so instead of learning how to use their dictionary, I shall hear no evil, speak no evil, or see no evil, nor have any thoughts, opinions (professional or any other kind), suggestions, inklings, notions, knowledge or anything else that could be misconstrued resulting in consultations with the company's legal department. As a matter of fact, this entire statement may be used against me in my firing proceedings since the 1st amendment is limited to what certain people consider free speech. Everything will be documents, recorded, and made part of any permanent record so I can have evidence to present in the above mentioned court of law.

They are trying to fire you over that? That's crazy!!!!! Tigriss, I am so sorry you are going through this. It's nonsense!

On an aside, the First Amendment applies to speaking out against our government.

Folks who really don't want to eat meat/poultry would object to the chicken in the chicken soup. It sounds fatty-licious, but I'd really consider this more of a cheesy-potato side dish than a main dish. A very rich side dish........

I like that word! I'm going to create a dish with this name.

It is very rich; and I omitted the shredded cheese!!!!

Fatty-liscious Bacon Hot Dish...I like it {#emotions_dlg.devil2}

My sister introduced me to a very similar (maybe the same) potato casserole. It was fatty-licious for sure! We all loved it, but it's not something I could eat often. Once in a while, though, most of us enjoy something over-the-top rich and no holds barred.

GoodStuff, this is definitely a once in a blue moon dish! The next blue moon, I will try to make it richer and more decadent.

I love food that leaves an impression on my tastebuds for months, years or decades. This is definitely one of those foods!

Now you're going to get scolded (or reported) for "talking foreign" on the forum. {#emotions_dlg.laugh} Trust me, I know!

You have got to be kidding! Are you serious?

I couldn't have made that up, I'm not very creative {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I shouldn't be surprised, considering these forums.

You can lighten it or make it heavier. Simply adding meat would make it much heavier. You could do a lighter meat like hamburger if you wanted to still keep it lightish. The condensed soup can be done in fat free and low salt, plus you can add red, orange, and yellow peppers too! The sour cream an be lightened and so can the cream cheese. You can also use different cheeses like pepper jack for a kick and jalapenos. Serve this with an egg over easy and have a great meal.

How many of us don't put our spin on recipes we find. This one is no different, so going ape crazy is pointless. I've had all kinds of ape crazy that I was not at fault for this full moon week anyway, this controversial recipe is certainly not worrisome for me. I've already had Mt. Everest and the entire Himalayan mountains out of a single grain of sand this week, so what I eat is the least of my concerns. Lately it has been a bowl of cereal. I've been to tired to digest anything else, let alone cook it.

I like flexible recipes anyway.
