Here is their: Seafood Fettuccine recipe
They have now replaced this with a spicy Shrimp and crab fettuccine. I was glad when they published this recipe in the newspaper before removing it from the menu since it was one of my favorites.
Seafood Fettuccine
1. 8 to 10 oz. cooked fettuccine
2. 6 oz. raw shrimp
3. 6 oz. raw scallops
4. 6 oz. white wine
5. 6 tsp. minced fresh garlic
6. salt and pepper to taste
7. Pinch of oregano, basil, & thyme
8. 18 oz. heavy cream
9. 4 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Cook the fettuccine according to directions; set aside. Sauté shrimp and scallops in butter until done,3 minutes, depending on the size of the scallops in until done. Set aside and keep warm.
Add the wine, garlic, salt and pepper to sauté pan. Let cook a minute or so. Add oregano, basil thyme, along with the cream, and bring to a boil. Let simmer for a few minutes until it is reduced by half. Turn down the temperature and add the Parmesan cheese and fettuccine . Place seafood on top and serve immediately.

I would love to try that recipe; unfortunately DH is fried or grilled seafood only.
I do love the Shrimp Wessie at Carrabas.

McDonald's filet-of-fish sandwich is the BEST. I buy one every couple of weeks.

I was the drive-through queen at the local McDonald's for 7 years and oh the stories I could tell! Not about any shenanigans with the food--we NEVER did that--but some of the customers.
The one I remember most was a lovely lady, probably in her 60's or so, who was beautiful and always impecably dressed, had pure white hair always perfectly coifed, and she drove a green sports car convertible--and when you saw her in that car, you knew she was born to drive it.
We became friendly and one day she looked not quite like her usual self and then told me that her only child, a son, was dying of AIDS. I almost started to cry right there.
A yuppie mother with several little brats started a fuss because she thought something was wrong with her order (it wasn't) and so we gave her something just to shut her up.
It was all I could do not to say, "M'am, you just taught her children an important lesson: if they make a big enough fuss, they can get what they want".
I might have gotten fired for that but maybe not; I was just about the best employee they had and I might have gotten away with just a reprimand--while the boss was trying not to laugh.

What happened to the Big Mac? Hubby and I had McDonalds last night (my yearly Mc fix). Their current promo is buy one Big Mac, Quarter Pounder or 10 pc. Chicken Nuggets and get the 2nd one for $1.00. The sauce on the Big Mac is not the same - very bland, looks like orange colored mayo. The Nuggets were very bland, not the same as they used to be. Hubby had the Quarter Pounders and wasn't too pleased. My SIL told us they had changed the Big Mac and she didn't like it either. The sauce on the Big Mac was the thing that made the BM so good. I'll think twice before going next year. Anybody else notice the changes? So disappointed.

@WORKING GAL , DH had a Big Mac not long ago, and he didn't notice anything different. Then again, it's been awhile since either of us had eaten at McDonald's.
It wouldn't surprse me that the "secret sauce" recipe has changed. I never liked the Big Mac, precisely because of the sauce.
