Ran across a PBS+ show on TV: Martha Stewart's Cooking School. You can find the recipes by Google searching: "Martha Stewart's Cooking School Recipes PBS Foods" . ......... . This morning's show featured cooking polenta and farro. I ran across it half way through, so other grains were probably featured, too. Good, easy, 1/2 hour show. Not too complicated, etc.

Is that the show where Martha demonstrates in front of three students and allows them to ask questions? I enjoy it too. Martha Bakes is also very good. Both are on the PBS Create channel.

VALU SKR: I didn't see any cooking students, but I tuned in half-way through the episode. I have a feeling that the students' show is another show, not this one. Martha probably has several shows. I believe you can watch full episodes online at the site that I mentioned. This one was on my PBS+, which is next to my regular PBS channel. I really should check those two channels more often.
