I posted this in a kitchen topic but thought I'd post here as it's such a clever idea (not mine!) I recently started making hard boiled eggs in my air fryer. I have a silicone mat in the bottom that has a honeycomb pattern bottom so I set the eggs on top of that to hold them up. But I suppose you could just place them in the bottom or on the metal tray that is in most air fryers.
I bake at 275 for 15 minutes and they come out perfect every time. No water is used or wasted making them. As I did before when boiling in water, I put them in ice water after cooking to cool down. Very easy peel.
