This recipe was in this week's Ralph's circular.
I've never heard of anything like this. Has anyone ever made them?

Oh yes, I remember this recipe from my childhood. They were pretty good. I haven’t had them for years. We called them Cream cheese butter mints.
They used to show up at weddding showers and baby showers in appropriate colors for the event.

I like the recipe. I would buy festive little molds for the mints and add different food colorings.
Would be fun to have out on a fancy platter.
Thanks!

Yes! My students would make them in the classroom for Mother's Day gifts. Under close supervision, of course! They're really good.

These would be fun to make with the "help" of children or grandchildren.

A relative of mine made these every year. They are tasty!

Yes-used to make these a lot and I too, had little molds. Long since lost track of those molds and have just pinched the dough off, rolled in small balls and flattened with a fork. I never thought of piping them! Guess I don't think out of the box much!
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and "new" idea with us!

@house_cat I had found this recipe on line a few weeks back and aded it to my holiday baking list, I have never tried them, but what is there not to like? Everyone thanks for the ideas to use molds, will have to check that out, the recipe I found suggested rolling into balls and flattening down the middle with a fork, think I will use cute little holiday molds!
