Soup has sausage, frozen potatoes cut up, carrots, cream of mushroom soup with garlic, and creamed corn. It's soooooooo good.
Hi! Was this soup a creation of yours? Sounds delicious! Would you mind sharing the recipe. I have a can of creamed soup that I need to use,. Thanks.

Gooseberry Patch (JoAnn, one of the founders).
1 lb. smoked pork sausage
3 C. frozen hashbrowns with onions and peppers
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
15 oz. can creamed corn
a can of cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
2 C. water
Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat; drain and cut into bite-size pieces. Place sausage in a slow cooker; top with hashrowns and carrots. Combine corn, soup and water; stir until blended and pour over sausage mixture. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serves 6, unless you have a guy like my husband who loves this and then there's 3 helpings in all. LOL
