[Honeybit]

For anybody who's having trouble finding the Ham Fried Rice recipe, here it is:

this is my go to fried rice recipe.

2 c cold cooked rice
1 can drain mushrooms  diced
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
1/2 c diced ham
1T soy sauce
1 t oyster sauce
1/2 t seasme oil
1 egg scrambled and cooled.

mix soy, oster sauce and seame il together and set aside.  in a large skillet, place cool cooked rice and begin to fry until light toasted.  add sauce mixture and coat rice .  stir until all the rice is well coated.  ad mushrooms, chestnuts and ham.  cook until heated.  then add egg.  remove from heat and serve
