MACARONI SALAD

1 lb. macaroni (small shells), cooked and drained

1/4 cup white vinegar

2 TBS mustard

1 medium onion, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

1 carrot, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

6 boiled eggs, chopped (or 8 whites only)

1 & 1/2 cups miracle whip (fat free if you prefer)

1 cup eagle brand condensed milk (fat free is best)

I use my food processor for the chopping, otherwise it takes forever. I chop it all fairly small.

Put all together and mix well.

Makes a very large bowl, as you can tell from the pound of macaroni, and keeps for 4-5 days in the fridge.
