Asking you for a favor if possible, I'm not on facebook  so I can't ask her myself, but I have trouble hearing her youtube videos and I have an advanced sound system on my laptop.

Could you ask her to film her youtube videos with more volume?

The nice thing about her recipes is its ingredients you already have. No going to the store to buy a bunch of stuff.

I have watched some of her videos on youtube and she said something in passing like

... people have commented they can't hear me and no one has ever said that before and I will try to talk louder...

but as she moves around - her mic may not pick her up

if you watch her on youtube - you can enable close caption and read along

I made this cake yesterday and it is excellent.  I did sub out the crisco for butter.  It even tastes better the next day.
