They are delicious @novamc1 and I'm going to run back to the store on Tuesday as mushrooms are still on sale and I have to check on a raincheck.  I love mushrooms so it's nice to have these new recipes . . . delicious!

Does anyone remember the chain Steak and Ale?  They had fantastic button mushrooms and onions cooked with butter, worcheschire, and a little wine!  They were usually ordered with steak.  We use them on baked potatoes!  Great with chicken too!
