If carmel corn is a little too much for you - try this maple glazed. It does not stick your teeth together. It was in an ad from a local organic store.

MAPLE GLAZED POPCORN

3 T maple syrup
3 T brown rice syrup
Pinch of salt
1/4 t vanilla
5-6 cups popped popcorn (3T of kernels)
1/4 c peanuts (or other nuts) optional

Preheat oven to 325 F. Combine maple syrup and brown rice syrup in a small sauce pan and heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in salt and vanilla. Pour mixture carefully over popcorn, add peanuts (if using) and mix well.

Place mixture on a lightly oiled, parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden, stirring mixture twice.

Remove from oven and left cool. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.

This only makes about 5 cups so I am going to double the recipe next time.
