MAPLE GLAZED MEATBALLS - CROCKPOT

Covered LOW 5 - 6 hours

1 1/2 C ketchup

1 C maple syrup or maple flavored syrup

1/3 C reduced sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca

1 1/2 tsp ground allspice

1 tsp dry mustard

2 pkgs (about 16oz) each frozen meatballs, fully cooked & partially thawed

(I make my own, about 1 inch round and brown before adding)

1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice, drained

Combine ketchup, maple syrup, soy sauce, tapioca, allspice & mustard in slow cooker.

Carefuly stir in meatballs and pineapple chunks into ketchup mixture

Stir before serving.

Note - I tried thisand was happy with the results.
