First Layer:

1 cup flour

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix altogether and press in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325* for 15 minutes. Cool.

Second Layer:

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups coolwhip

Cream together and then spread on cooled First Layer.

Third Layer:

2 SMALL packages Instant pudding mix (your choice of flavor)

3 cups milk

coolwhip for top

chopped nuts for top

Mix pudding and milk together and pour over Second Layer. Top with coolwhip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
