Lower Calorie Cheesecake Dessert

I'm not doing WW (tho I should), but I found this recipe on a website.  It's delicious!  Tastes just like cheesecake.

16 oz fat free cottage cheese (I could only find low fat so that's what I used)

3 Tab sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix

Mix it in your blender until smooth.

I only used half the container for the cheesecake flavor and 1 1/2 T pudding.  I'm gonna use the other half with sugar free chocolate pudding mix.

So good I licked the bowl clean.

So do you mean you used half container of the cottage cheese? I don't see cheesecake flavor?

Thought I would give the recipe to my sister.

So you used 8 oz low fat cottage cheese with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the sugar free cheesecake pudding mix?

That's all you use? I don't eat cheesecake so I'm clueless.

Yes, that's right.  You could put some strawberries or blueberries in also.  Easy Peasy.

Re: Lower Calorie Cheesecake Dessert

Another treat is to use SF banana pudding and drizzle a little sugar free caramel syrup on it with some sugar free cool whip.

I like to put some powder ranch dressing in it and use it as a vegetable dip.

I will put the whole container of cottage cheese in the blender and get it smooth, then pour it back into its container.  Then I take out the amount I want and combine it with whatever flavor I'm looking for at the moment.

Blending cottage cheese completely changes the texture of it and turns it into something different.  That's good for people who have a problem with the texture.

Weight Watchers and dietetic  food products have come a long way.  Back in the '70s we made cheesecake out of cauliflower

@Scooby Doo

Ok please help me get this straight?

16 oz fat free cottage cheese (I could only find low fat so that's what I used)

3 Tab sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix

[3 Tbs tablespoons ?) sugar free cheesecake pudding mis

Mix it in your blender until smooth.

If I got this right, please will you let me know?

I do appreciate having this recipe! I used to buy Weight Watchers Key Lime Pie and ate one every night until they stopped making it! It actually helped me diet! And now I believe your recipe might be something I could have a little bite of every night! So thank you!
