For anyone new to crushed pork rinds, Pork King Good and Pork Panko sell them on Amazon with different seasonsings.  They're great with anything that would normally use bread crumbs or panko.  We use them to make Chicken Parm and they're great.

 

I dislike whole pork rinds, but the crushed ones are great for cooking low carb/keto.  It's probably cheaper to crush your own, but I'm lazy Smiley Happy

 

 


If you are keto/low carb, be sure to be a label reader.  The plain pork rinds are fine, but the flavored ones usually have maltodextrin, which we're supposed to avoid at all cost.
