Lost my favorite cookbook.........

A few years ago I loaned my favorite cookbook and never was returned. I know this is a shot in the dark, ..........but.....It was a MEAT recipe cookbook, remember it to be pink & white on the hardcover. There was a recipe in it for "Chicken Country Captain" which was so good! Have tried other recipes and none other compare. I wish I could remeber more about the book, this would have been in the early 70's. Just by outside chance I was hoping that someone out there would recognize a pink cookbook . Thank you so much.
