Here is the recipe from her Hot Recipes in Cool Dishes cookbook that is sold on  QVC.  I'm not sure if this is the mac & cheese that we see in her presentations.

 

2 tbsp. butter or margarlne

2 tsp. cornstarch

2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni

2 1/2 cups milk

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp. salt

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in 2 qt. baking dish - microwave for 15-20 seconds to melt. Shake dish to coat bottom and sides with the butter.

Place cornstarch and 3/4 of cheddar cheese (reserve rest for top) into a lg. mixing bowl and toss until cheese is coated.

Add remainining ingred. to the bowl and mix well.  Pour mixture into greased 2 qt. baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove dish from oven, uncover and stir well.  Top with remaining cheddar cheese, return to oven uncovered.  Bake for 25-30 minutes longer until cheese on top is very well browned.  Leet rest 10 minutes before serving.

I've seen a lot of Mac and cheese recipes, but that one is different. Can anyone who made it tell us if it turned out well?
