This recipe used to be on the back of the Chicken Of The Sea Pink Salmon pouch

I have searched on-line & called Chicken Of The Sea also, no luck !

Anyone have that patty recipe that has lemon juice & lemon zest in it?  It also has green onion...might have Dijon mustard also

Chicken Of The Sea Simple Salmon Cakes Recipe

      Ingredients: Chicken of the Sea Simple Salmon Cakes

• 1 pack (6 oz) Chicken of the Sea Salmon
• 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• dash cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
• 1 med. egg beaten
• 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
• 3 Tbsp. butter

How to Make Chicken of the Sea Simple Salmon Cakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Chicken of the Sea Simple Salmon Cakes in your home by yourself.

 Step 1

• Combine 1st seven ingredients in med. bowl, egg and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs. Form mixture into 4 balls.

 Step 2

• Roll salmon balls in remaining breadcrumbs; flatten into cakes about 1/2 inch thick.

 Step 3

• In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry 3 - 4 minutes per side till golden brown.

I must have winged that recipe on the back of the pouch, as I can't find a match anywhere

I am going to take a little of both of your recipes and it will be good, I am not a cook who follows recipes too much at all, I usually add my own

Just in case anyone has this salmon patty recipe on the back of the pouch...

it also has a recipe for a creamy sauce (possible dill) on the back also
