Looking for Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe -- Soft??

Would greatly appreciate anyone sharing their recipe for peanut butter cookies. We like them soft and chewy...have looked at recipes on all the food sites...everyone has "altered" the recipes a bit...maybe something "tried and true?" Thanks so very much...Happy Holidays to All!
