I am hunting for a real authentic recipe for Hugarian Goulash. I did some searches and so many came up with canned soup added. I hate adding canned soup to my cooking as it is full of salt and fat and that it not how many grandmothers cooked years ago when cooking was made from scratch. Does anyone have a really good recipe for this? I remember that a couple of years ago someone posted a fabulous recipe for real Jewish style deli potato salad. I wish I could recall the poster as I am forever in your debt. My DH and I LOVE it and I make it constantly all year long. I made a few copies and put them in several places so I would never lose it!!
