I love lemon bars!

Smile~ Lemon Bars ~Smile

1 cup flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar

filling:

2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon lemon zest
additional powdered sugar for dusting

Combine first 3 ingredients; pat into ungreased 8 inch square pan or dish.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
In mixing bowl, beat eggs; add sugar, flour, baking powder, lemon juice and zest. Beat with electric mixer until frothy. Pour over baked crust. Bake for 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool and dust with powdered sugar. I store them in the fridge.
