@bigtraps Yes, please do try it!  I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how nice it will look and how good it will taste on your first attempt.  Post of a picture if you can.

@bigtraps  Wow!  What a great job you did making this!  And, just to set the record straight, yours looks as good if not better than mine!  Looks like you used the chopped pepper in yours which I didn't have in mine.

I agree with your friends, the end result definitely looks like a professional baker made it.  I think you'll agree, it's really very easy to make and it certainly is, not only a wow to look at, but delicious to eat.  Using this basic recipe, you can change it up and use other leftovers or be creative and go crazy with different types of fillings.

So glad you enjoyed making it!  Smiley Happy

Yes,  I did ues the red pepper.  VERY easy to make.  The hardest part is getting the braid looking good.  But even when I thought mine looked really bad, when it bakes it comes together nicely.  Thanks again.

Re: Leftover Rotisserie Chicken, Broccoli, Cheese Braided Roll

Thank you for sharing! That's a great idea! I always try to find different recipies for extra rotisserie chicken. I usually end up making casseroles to freeze. This looks perfect, I'll look forward to trying this!
