There is no chance on earth I can read this and I have totally forgotten where the magnifier on this computer is.  Can you give us the original source, meaning the name of the cookbook or recipe pamphlet?  If this is a cookbook I can order it from an online used book store.  I'm getting into cast iron cookery more this year, also slow cookery.  The only thing I'm not using is my pressure cooker, what's the rush nowdays?
