@Kachina624,With the background I have in clothing and textiles, as well as chemistry, and knowing that poly yarns are thought to be hypoallergenic and used in housewears, even pillows, maybe she's developed an allergy to the yarn, finish on the fabric, or dye.  You'd have to have a scraping of the rash.
