This is my first time posting here but I thought this was really good so I thought I would pass it on. I was watching Kathie Lee & Hoda Monday or Tuesday & the lady that does the Joy Fit Club was on talking about swap outs for higher calorie items. She had one for Kathie Lee that was eggplant parmesan which I haven't been able to find the recipe for but Hoda's problem was chocolate. Her suggestion was to take an individual carton (4-5 oz.) of greek vanilla nonfat yogurt & mix one of the individual packages of nonfat hot chocolate into it, mixing well. The first time I did it I dumped the whole package in at once & it was a little messy to mix so when I tried it today I added a little at a time. I also added a small amount of Splenda (1 tsp. maybe) & it was really good. It really reminded me of chocolate mousse. No it wasn't like ordering the full fat version at a restaurant but it was really good. I gave one to my neighbor & she really liked it too. I hope you will enjoy it like I did!
