LBM's Quick Cabbage Roll Casserole Question

Dumb question of the day (and it tells you how often I cook with rice). The recipe calls for quick cooking rice. Is that minute rice? Or like Uncle Bens Converted rice? What we are having for dinner depends on the answer to this question... Thanks!
