King Arthur box bread mixes--new

Am a fan of King Arthur co. ---well,  I do enjoy their cataloges and really haven't bought much in years, but they have boxed bread mixes for sale that are new to me,  so I bought a few from AMZ to try. Got flatbread, pizza/sandwich bread, pull apart garlic bread and foccacia too-- it has all the components --flour, yeast, seasonings, you need to add the liquids,  and it needs to rise for a bit---I usually use my bread machine so am  wondering if I can throw it all in that and then take it out to let it rise?  Could it be called a quick bread? Have a cycle for that too. Prob will contact KA for answers first.

@wagirl  I've been using the KA Keto Pizza Dough Kit for about 6 months. I just mix everything in my stand mixer for two minutes using the dough hook. Then I put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover to let rise for an hour. One box makes two pizza rounds or a large stromboli. Never tried using my bread machine. Let us know what you find.

@wagirl

I looked at the instructions on the flatbread, pizza/sandwich bread, pull apart garlic bread and foccacia mixes. It didn't say anything about using a bread machine. Most were just stirring in a bowl or mixer.

I also looked at the Brioche Bread that says it can be made on dough cycle in machine.

After you make them please post what you think about them. Yum!!! Sounds good.

I tried the pull apart garlic bread.  It was so easy.  I don't think I would go through the trouble of using the mixer or anything else.  They were light and very tasty.  I will definitely be making these again.  I am not a break baker and have never had luck using yeast.

@Nightowlz --I looked at the packages all over too, and didn't find anything about a bread machine either--was just a thought--yes I will post about these.
