Re: Keto chips for dipping, anybody?????

The problem I have found with the Parmesan crisps or a Folio is that they melt with a hot dip.

Costco sells a very good brand of pork rinds.  Sorry I don't have a bag here at the moment and can't remember the name:/

I cannot find a good tasting chip that I can eat while on Keto.

I tried Quest chips - the Ranch flavor. -YUCK!

I would love to have a recipe for some kind of chip that I can dip in salsa, queso, etc.

Anybody???????

A lot of ketoers like pork rinds as their "chip".  But watch out, the plain ones are ok but the barbecue and other flavors usually have maltodextrin in them.

Have you ever tried making your own cheese crisps?  I like the Whisp and Parmesan Crisps in small amounts.

The parm crisps are good but too thin to use to dip anything...they will break. Costco sells a brand called Whisps... very good but guess you could use a spoon to out on the dip or salsa
