I experimented and it was a success!
Start with the batter for 90 second mug bread. Add a little sweetener of your choice. Rather than using a mug, put the better in a small square microwave dish. I used a square Pyrex Petite. Microwave 90 seconds. Cool until you’re able to handle the bread and remove it to a plate. In the Pyrex Petite, make an egg dip from an egg, almond milk, HWC, a little sweetener, a little vanilla, and a little cinnamon. I just eyeballed it. Use a nonstick skillet and grill to your liking. Serve with real butter and a keto friendly sugar free syrup. Today we used Lakanto but Walden Farms is good too.
This is definitely a keeper. One slice is enough to satisfy.
